Biographical / Historical

First Reformed Church began in Washington, DC but later moved to Takoma Park, MD. In 1962 after the UCC merger, the church changed its name to Trinity UCC to end confusion with First Congregational UCC. The church building was sold in 1991, but the congregation continued to meet in leased space from the Memorial Chapel of the Sligo Seventh Day Adventist Church, Takoma Park, MD.
