In 1964, three Halifax churches that were part of the Armstrong Valley Charge (St. Peter's [Fetterhoff's], Trinity and St. Paul's [Bowerman's]), left to form the Twin Valley Charge of the UCC. In 1969, the three churches merged to form one church - Valley UCC, Halifax, PA. Pastors who served include: 1965-???? George H. Hoffman, Jr.
