Biographical / Historical
St. John's (German) Reformed Church of Philadelphia was established in 1886 and closed in 2003. This church should not be confused with St. John's (English) Reformed Church of (West) Philadelphia that was established in 1965 as The Reformed Church of the Strangers, changed its name in 1884 to St. John's Reformed Church and merged with Old First Church, Philadelphia in 1935.
