Biographical / Historical
The church began circa 1830 with Reformed, Lutheran, Presbyterian and Episcopal worshiping in the same building until 1794, when a second structure was built by the Lutheran and Reformed congregations. In 1952, the Lutheran congregation left and constructed their own building. In 1956, the name of the church was changed from Wenrich's to St. Thomas E&R Church and in 1957 to St. Thomas UCC.
