Biographical / Historical

In 1876, Shoop's Charge was known as the Hanover Charge and consisted of Wenrich's (now St. Thomas UCC) Linglestown, PA, Shoop's (now Colonial Park UCC) Harrisburg, PA, The Reformed Church (now disbanded) Union Deposit, PA and Shell's (now disbanded) Grantville, PA churches. In 1958, Faith United Church of Christ ,Grantville, PA, was formed, when St. Maria's Reformed Church, Shellsville, PA, merged with Zion's Reformed Church, East Hanover, PA.
