The New Oxford Charge consisted of three churches: Emmanuel Reformed Church, Abbottstown, PA; St. John's Reformed Church, New Chester, PA; and St. Paul's Reformed Church, New Oxford, PA. In 1966 St. John's Reformed Church of New Chester, PA merged with Emmanuel Church of Hampton, PA.
