Biographical / Historical
First German Evangelical Reformed Church first appears as St. Paul German Evangelical Church in the Evansville city directory, 1858, at the corner of Seventh and Vine. In 1872 it relocated to Elsas Avenue. By that time it was known as First German Evangelical Reformed Church. The congregation disbanded in 1903.
