St. Peter's United Evangelical Church was incorporated in 1835 as the German Evangelical Society of Buffalo, a member of the Evangelical Synod of North America. In 1974 the church merged with Lloyd's Memorial UCC to form New Covenant UCC, 459 Clinton St., Buffalo.
